Integrative Nutrition Grad Latham Thomas Featured in Parents Magazine!

Integrative Nutrition alums are popping up all over the press these days. Most recently, 2006 graduate Latham Thomas was featured in Parents magazine as a “Rock-Star Doula”!

In the article, Latham shares her personal experience as a mother, doula, and pregnancy expert, as well as her top tips for a fabulous pregnancy and birth experience. Some of the tips might surprise you (think sticking to a plan is the right approach? You might want to think again!) .

Latham has built Mama Glow, a thriving maternity lifestyle company that offers health coaching, doula services, yoga classes, and inspiration for pregnant women and new mothers. She has worked with fashion designer Rebecca Minkoff, Victoria’s Secret model Doutzen Kroes, actress Tamera Mowry, and other celebrities. Dr. Oz calls her a “fitness and nutrition powerhouse.” Her book Mama Glow: A Hip Guide to a Fabulous and Abundant Pregnancy addresses physical wellness, spiritual growth, and radical self-care. As she told us back in 2012, “Joshua’s comprehensive program provided the support I needed to launch my career in the wellness space.”
