Celebrated for the strength and empowerment found through movement, National Fitness Day has gained popularity across the United States since its inception two years ago. On the first Saturday in May, cities and organizations all over the country come together to encourage and inspire people to pursue a healthy lifestyle.
Daily exercise is beneficial for mental, physical, and emotional health. From maintaining a healthy weight to enhancing gut flora and boosting mood and energy, we believe that exercise has the power to change lives – for the better.
That’s why we created a ten-minute workout for you to try today! If you’re too busy to squeeze in a long run or book a class, no worries! Take ten minutes to celebrate National Fitness Day and sweat with this full-body workout. The best part? We’ve made it as easy as possible for you by incorporating body-weight movements only – no equipment necessary. Plus, you’ll get cardio and strength all in one!
