Nina holds a bachelor’s in dietetics, nutrition, and food sciences from the University of Vermont, is a graduate of IIN’s Health Coach Training Program, and is an NASM-Certified Personal Trainer. She lives in New York City and enjoys reading and writing about everything wellness, drinking half-caf lattes, exploring new cities, and getting in workouts, whether yoga or HIIT. Nina is passionate about food, cooking, and finding new recipes to tweak to make her own.
