What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?
I was (and still am) the CEO of TerraLex, a global network of more than 130 leading law firms. I’m also a yoga instructor, a mom, and an active member of my professional and personal organizations and communities.
How did your life change after enrolling?
My commitment and passion for health and wellness soared. I was inspired to launch my new business (Intentional Wellness by Terri) offering health coaching, workshops, yoga, and other services; I met a group of amazing women through my study group who are now my dear friends; and I’ve evolved my own healthy habits and lifestyle. I’m currently enrolling people in my first workshops, called “Busting Sugar Cravings: Just in Time for the Holidays,” coming in November 2022.

What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?
Before enrolling at Integrative Nutrition, I was planning my e-commerce business called Nutrivechi – it’s a healthy-food store.
How did your life change after enrolling?
IIN has given me freedom. I feel like before IIN, I used to live in a cage or with a blindfold on; now, with the knowledge I’ve received, I’ve been empowered and I feel truly free. Now I understand the true meaning of health and happiness. “Thank you” will always be in my heart.
