What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?
I had moved from Cape Town to Doha after owning my own ladies-only boutique studio to be a founding trainer at Doha’s first boxing and functional concept studio (Beatbox).
How did your life change after enrolling?
Tremendously. I now have the language and tools to make great impacts not only in my life but for those who share their journey with me. I have created habits that I now use daily that have helped me begin balancing my hormones and come off and stay successfully off my antidepressants.
