Working one-on-one with clients for so many years, bio-individuality is something I’ve always known to be truly true. In my heart I could feel that no one way of eating could possibly be helpful for everyone, yet medicine and science are constantly in search of the magic bullet – the one perfect way of eating that will solve all of humanity's problems related to diet.

Bio-individuality means that no one diet works for everyone. Each and every person has unique needs.
Just like we all enjoy different styles in fashion and different music and movies, we also intuitively understand, on a very deep level, that one person's food is another person's poison.
Bio-individual diets are now proven to lower the chance of obesity, heart disease, diabetes, and more.
General health recommendations don’t always work, and people need to use bio-individuality to find what works for them.
One of the most awesome things about being an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach is that you can forget about counting calories, fat grams, and carbs, and instead create personal eating approaches for each client. It’s really fun to do this, trust me.
It’s amazing to connect with someone on a deep level and figure out what they need by asking high-mileage questions and using active listening skills.
