What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?
I was involved in the field of construction and architectural design. I also taught at two universities. The truth is I lived full of stress and pressure.
How did your life change after enrolling?
I started to take better care of myself, giving myself time and space for the more important things. I take better care of my food and nutrients, both secondary and primary food.

What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?
Previously, I was a volunteer dentist at the Chihuahua State Children’s Hospital and a caregiver for cancer patients for six years.
How did your life change after enrolling?
IIN has played a huge role in my own transformation. I gained confidence, and I became more mindful, focused, and present. The blessings are flowing in from every angle. Thank you so much.

Before joining IIN, I was only in business as a project manager. I've always been interested in health and wellness.
How did your life change after enrolling?
Becoming a Health Coach has been an extraordinary journey in my life. IIN is beneficial for my health and my clients. We are not what we eat; we are what we absorb.
