Melissa Sherry

What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?

Prior to enrolling at IIN, I bounced between three career shifts in four years. I worked in nonprofit fundraising, hospitality, and sales. In each role, I hoped to find my true passion.

How did your life change after enrolling?

Almost immediately, I felt a wave of relief. I finally found a path that felt right to my spirit. For the first time, I looked forward to the work and felt I was destined for this path!

What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?

I was and still am leading the global sustainability efforts of one of the world's largest employers, focused on embedding relevant ESG considerations into everything we do.

How did your life change after enrolling?

I'm more attuned to my well-being-related needs and less willing to make sacrifices in this respect; I'm more confident in my abilities as a mentor and more (publicly) vocal about what's important to me.

What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?

Attending IIN enhanced my health and wellness journey and my ability to work with students holistically, taking into account each person’s bio-individuality. Certification complemented my business.

How did your life change after enrolling?

I resonated with IIN’s belief that optimal health isn't because of a diet plan or calorie counting; it's a lifelong journey toward empowered well-being, and there is no one-size-fits-all health plan.

What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?

I was an unemployed TV actress seeking a career change because that path stopped being fulfilling for me. I was dreaming about guiding and helping people to connect with their spirituality.

How did your life change after enrolling?

My life changed DRAMATICALLY! Thanks to IIN, I now have a strong foundation, deep consciousness, very powerful tools to create the life I want for myself, and a loving family of like-minded people.

What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?

Working a full-time job in higher education and being a mom. Spending free time researching health and wellness for personal use to manage my celiac disease and Hashimoto’s.

How did your life change after enrolling?

I learned a lot of new skills to improve my own health and happiness and expanded my definition of health. IIN introduced me to a career that fills me with joy and that I am passionate about.
