What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?
I retired at 72. Active each day with choices and possibilities. Trail running, hiking, biking, traveling, kid’s yoga and restorative yoga teacher, volunteer compost and sustainable garden activities and more.
How did your life change after enrolling?
IIN validated my lifestyle and enhanced my understanding of healthy choices on and off the plate. IIN prompted me to dig deeper into health issues and join the ripple effect for change.

What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?
Product owner and coach in leadership development.
How did your life change after enrolling?
I was able to focus my coaching and learning design in wellness. My experience as a student of IIN through lockdown has been a joyous, emotional, and transformative experience. I managed to make huge improvements in so many areas of my life, and I’m so happy.

What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?
While working as a rape crisis counselor I began to struggle with stress. I was determined to find a solution to this problem for myself and those around me that deal with similar issues.
How did your life change after enrolling?
IIN helped me explore holistic ways to cope with stress and anxiety. Obtaining my certification helped me introduce healthy choices to my everyday life. I am now able to better help my clients.

What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?
Baking/teaching artesanal cakes and cake decorations. Also very thankful to be part of the Board of Directors of a Foundation and I go on humanitarian missions twice per year with them. I absolutely love it!
How did your life change after enrolling?
My life totally changed as soon as I enrolled! I lost 13 pounds and my health improved a lot. I changed eating habits, learnt about priorities and intentions and basically to be present in my own life.

What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?
I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease since 2017, and I wanted to help people who are in the same situation through holistic nutrition.
How did your life change after enrolling?
It has opened my mind to things that I did not know. It has changed my life. I have been able to launch my business as a full-time Health Coach and start seeing clients.

What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?
I was finishing my master's degree in Human Genetics and looking for tools to be able to offer a unique service that inspires people to optimize their health by balancing the activity of their genes.
How did your life change after enrolling?
I found my life purpose, I own my time, I honor my body and I founded my business "Genes Holísticos". I know that I have a mission to help other people and I am on the right path to achieve it.
