What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?

Prior to enrolling at IIN, I was finishing a 200-hour yoga teacher training and recording my podcast, Chiron in Gemini, all while managing a private flight attendant department for an NFL owner.

How did your life change after enrolling?

My mind, body, and soul have expanded immensely since completing the program. I’m far more connected to myself and my body. I’m far more in tune with my inner child’s needs, and I’m able to nurture and coach myself through challenging moments. I’m far more mindful of my multifaceted, multidimensional self and honor what my temple needs in order to reach optimal states of being.
