How did your life change after enrolling?
It completely changed for my family and myself – the way we live our lives with awareness.
Never give up on your dreams! I wanted to do this for so long. Now I want to share my experience with the world.

What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?
I have a real estate agency, but I’ve dedicated all my life to it, always under stress, little connection with myself or my family.
How did your life change after enrolling?
After enrolling, I had a strong connection with myself. I started to see my life through my soul, and I’ve never felt this peace or joy.
Maria Isabel Ardura Gelosi

What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?
Studying at the Institute Argentino de terapias naturales (IATENA), researching fermented foods and their health benefits, and fighting my psoriatic arthritis to keep up with my family activity.
How did your life change after enrolling?
My life changed radically. IIN gave me tools to deploy a constant improvement in my way of thinking, which extends also to my children's education and how to better understand the people around me.

How did your life change after enrolling?
It transformed my life and allowed me to see physical exercise as primary food. It also taught me so many things about nutrition and healthy habits that will be very helpful to my life.

How did your life change after enrolling?

What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?
I was overworking, over-stressing, and struggling with my health at all levels. Living very far from what my true passion is. I was immersed in a comfort zone that wasn’t comfortable at all.
How did your life change after enrolling?
My life took a 180-degree turn. I started deeply healing my physical, mental, and emotional health. I got the tools to change the direction of my life, both on a personal and professional level.
