What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?

I was working full-time as a senior tax consultant for one of the big 4 accounting firms. In this profession, we tend to work long hours, which was not helping me cultivate and maintain healthy habits.

How did your life change after enrolling?

I was able to identify and work on the different areas of my life that were out of balance. I'm currently coaching part-time and also growing an organic farm in my home country of Togo.

What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?

I have been homeschooling my three boys. But now that they are getting older and becoming more independent, it was time for me to get back to business.

How did your life change after enrolling?

I felt like my eyes were opened by this course – all the puzzle pieces of my health started falling into place. Everything I was learning was just so applicable to my life.

What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?

I'm currently the business manager of my brother’s practice, Dr. Michael Ahearn’s Rural Health Family Clinic (Ahearn & Associates Medical Center). He was the one who gave me the information about IIN. Great!

How did your life change after enrolling?

The speakers, staff, information, and tools that IIN brings to you are amazing! The unique concept of bio-individuality is a life changer. I have learn so much in only six months. Thank you!

I was a full-time mom, with no time for me, living for my family and children all the time, without looking for something for myself.

How did your life change after enrolling?

Realizing that food plays an important role in how I feel and how much I appreciate myself has been a very big change in my life.
