What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?

I am a full time mother and stepmother to two beautiful girls, an actress, a writer, an entrepreneurial artist, and a coach as well as running my own green business. I’ve been coaching, particularly people in difficult financial situations. We work on limiting belief systems and getting an abundant mindset. It’s called Abundance ‒ Free Minds.

I recently founded my own company called Rhona & Wild Things, dedicated to art and transformation, which is based in Madrid. Part of its function is to fund independent art projects and develop awareness of healthy, happy eating and art, with a special project in poor communities in Madrid. For me, art, food and spiritual evolution are very much intertwined. I’m aware that I’ve just graduated and there’s so much to integrate and put in place still, but I’m excited and dream of helping thousands and more. And this is just the beginning!

How did your life change after enrolling?

It’s still changing! I’ve been absolutely transformed by this experience. I’m so grateful for this school, the initiative, and all it’s doing for so many. I truly believe IIN is changing the world, and this will become ever more apparent over the coming years. So much has changed in six short months. I’ve discovered, thanks to IIN, the context I was searching for to join all the pieces of my puzzle together.

I felt like I came home as soon as I heard [IIN founder] Joshua Rosenthal’s first talk on the effects of education on human beings and what we truly are. The quality as well as the quantity of incredible content made me literally dance for joy in the kitchen many times throughout the course, and it never stopped surprising me. Absolutely priceless and so special. Thank you! Gracias! You’re amazing.

All that exists has its counterpart, and so great gifts have come my way, including IIN. And I feel this is no coincidence, as I know I was born to help the human race evolve and take a much-needed step toward who we truly are.
