What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?
I was a part-time swim coach (I still am) and a full-time homemaker – and very active within my community, volunteering my time to a variety of organizations. Becoming an empty nester and having an interest in health and wellness, I decided it was time to do something I love.
How did your life change after enrolling?
I was my first client and learned a phenomenal amount about myself – which, in turn, has made me a better person all around. My passion for health and wellness has been inspired so much by IIN that I’ll be launching my own health coaching business, specializing in busy professionals, in the New Year.
I’ve had the most wonderful year of learning, and IIN has filled a huge gap in my life. I met some incredible ladies through our study group, and we’ve become close friends and will remain so. I feel special to be part of the IIN family.
I’ve learned so much from IIN, but in particular, I’ve learned so much about myself. Primary food and bio-individuality are incredible concepts that I’ll be sharing with my clients.
