What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?

I retired as a chef to be a full-time mom. Amid the confusion and uncertainty of the beginning of the pandemic, I wanted to find my calling in a field that would allow me to give back and assist people.

How did your life change after enrolling?

I found my purpose in assisting other people in their journeys. I understood that at times I was my own enemy due to self-doubt. Joshua’s conferences led me to acknowledge my personal power and value.

What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?

I was on a break from my career in medicine. I was feeling overwhelmed at work and frustrated with not actually helping patients get healthy.

How did your life change after enrolling?

So much and in such an amazing way! My stress level plummeted, I restarted a prayer practice, and I do yoga daily. I have a newfound confidence and a newfound career in health coaching!

What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?

I was at a point in my life where I wondered what made me happy, why I had so much anxiety about the future, and why I was not satisfied with my present. I was definitely looking for a change.

How did your life change after enrolling?

It changed my perspective as it led me to find my life purpose. I feel complete and happy with my present, my health, and my life story, and I am working to impact the lives of others in a positive way.

What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?

Before IIN, I ignored the ability I had to empower my own health. I lived in a state of victimhood and was very stressed by the diseases I was suffering from or could suffer from genetically.

How did your life change after enrolling?

First, I learned about the power of habits, took immediate action, and noticed the changes that improved my quality of life in a sustainable way. Second, I managed to create my life purpose: to help others empower themselves.

What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?

I worked in my aesthetic center, where I offer facial and body treatments and massages. Also, I had bad health and problems with my weight and depression. I was lost because I didn’t know my real mission.

How did your life change after enrolling?

My life has changed in a huge way. Today, I eat better and feel great. I have an exercise routine, and I know my priorities. I lost weight, and my body doesn’t have inflammation anymore.

I was teaching yoga and meditation but wanted to offer my clients something in addition to the current services.

How did your life change after enrolling?

My mindset changed. I realized that I have the ability to share all this knowledge so we can be more happy and healthy. I remembered that I have a voice and I need to use it.
