A Health Coach Explains Cultivating Gratitude [VIDEO]

The power of gratitude

Gratitude has become a buzzworthy wellness term, and for good reason: Cultivating a gratitude practice infuses your well-being with a positive outlook and mind-set that impacts both body and mind!

Did you know that the practice of gratitude can positively change your physiology? Really! Robert A. Emmons, a leading expert on the science of gratitude, explains why and how gratitude has such a profound impact on health: “Gratitude works because it allows individuals to celebrate the present and be an active participant in their own lives.” Essentially, the mind-set improvements from expressing gratitude every day can affect profound changes in our biochemistry, from our immune system to our heart, and beyond!
